Turning around curb appeal on a neglected 12-unit complex
A property manager overseeing a 12-unit residential complex had been struggling with high tenant turnover. The gutters hadn't been cleared in three seasons, causing water to overflow and stain the siding. Windows in ground-floor units were covered in hard water marks and algae runoff. Two prospective tenants had walked during tours, citing the exterior condition.
We started with a one-time deep reset: full gutter clear and flush, soft-wash on all siding elevations, and interior + exterior window cleaning on all 12 units. We then established a monthly window cleaning rotation and quarterly gutter service to keep the property in consistent shape year-round.
